These terms govern the use of My P&P and its services.

Use of My P&P
My P&P is an application for Pitch & Putt players that lets you record rounds, results, statistics and other information related to the game.
By using My P&P you accept these terms and agree to use the service appropriately.
User account
Some features require you to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the information entered in your account.
You can delete the account at any time from the app or request deletion as explained on the Account deletion page.
Play data
Results, rounds and other data entered in My P&P are the user's responsibility.
Statistics generated by the app are for information and personal tracking purposes.
My P&P does not certify official competition results, handicaps or official rankings.
Course information
We try to keep course and layout information up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all data is always complete or accurate.
Distances, scorecards, contact details or other information may change.
If you find incorrect information, you can report it to minihitgames@gmail.com.
Service availability
We try to keep My P&P available and working correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, improve or withdraw features when needed to evolve the service.
Misuse
You may not use My P&P to:
- attempt unauthorised access to data or systems;
- interfere with the operation of the service;
- enter fraudulent or abusive content;
- use the service in a way that is contrary to applicable law.
We may limit or suspend accounts in cases of serious abuse of the service.
Intellectual property
The My P&P brand, the app design, the software, the texts and the service's own elements are protected by the applicable intellectual property rights.
Third-party information, trademarks, photographs or content remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
My P&P is a support and tracking tool for the game.
We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of information shown in the app, nor for errors arising from incorrect data entered by users or provided by third parties.
These terms do not limit the rights that applicable law grants to consumers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when My P&P changes or when we need to adapt them to new requirements.
The date of the last update will always appear at the top of the page.
