At My P&P we take user privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we process, why we use it and what rights you have.

What data do we process?
Depending on how you use My P&P, we may process:
- account data, such as your email address and user identifier;
- data related to your Pitch & Putt rounds;
- results, statistics and other play data you enter in the app;
- technical information needed for the operation, security and diagnosis of the service;
- location data when you voluntarily use features that need it, such as nearby course search.
What do we use the data for?
We use the data mainly to:
- create and manage your account;
- save and sync your rounds;
- generate statistics and information about your game;
- enable My P&P features to work;
- keep the service secure and stable;
- respond to queries or support requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
The main processing is necessary to provide you with the My P&P service when you create and use an account.
When an optional feature requires specific permissions, such as location access, they are only used after you have authorised them.
We may also process technical information when needed to protect the service, prevent abuse or fix errors.
Service providers
My P&P uses third-party services needed for the app to work, mainly Google Firebase services such as authentication, database and infrastructure.
These providers may process data on our behalf in accordance with their terms and data-protection safeguards.
In some cases, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area with the appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
How long do we keep the data?
Data associated with the account is kept while the account is active.
When you request account deletion, we will delete the account and associated personal data within a maximum of 30 days.
Data will only be kept for longer when a legal obligation requires it.

You can delete your account directly from the app.

Your rights
You may request:
- access to your personal data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure of your data;
- restriction of processing where applicable;
- objection to processing where applicable;
- data portability where applicable.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you believe the processing of your data does not comply with the law.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect data and we use infrastructure services that include security mechanisms and access control.
Even so, no digital service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when My P&P features change or when we need to adapt it to new legal requirements.
The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this page.
